Susanna and I were there on the scene, selling prototypes of the Biruni Papillon and the Biruni Utility Trike when these designs were revolutionizing the field of Cargo Bike Production. We presented these designs and they were widely approved. Unbeknownst to us, the management of Biruni had only the vaporware. We thought at the time we were selling the actual bicycles for delivery, had been told as much. When we discovered they were not available, we got the funding to create the Bicycle.
There was a story of our involvement of the creation of these bikes, but we never got credit. Still our love of the Cargo Bike designs remains, so we are committed on this blog to review some of the current excellent offering. Ken lost the edge on creation of Cargo Bikes for the emerging field. We will review here some of the excellent technology which has become available on the market.
